Kid's massage can help with a variety of things, along with physical and emotional benefits. Massage treatments can also help support them as they develop. These things include digestion, muscle tension, growing pains, body awareness, falls, injuries, improving sleep, reducing stress and promoting relaxation.

I help you understand and assess what your body is struggling with. From there I use a strategic approach using a variety of techniques and tools (cupping, red light therapy, etc.) to treat the body and create a personalized massage to address your needs.

90 Minute Therapeutic Massage

This treatment combines a variety of stretch therapies backed with fascial science and nervous system regulation. It will help restore flexibility, pliability, neuromuscular control and help restore soft tissue qualities. It will also help target joints to increase range of motion and overall joint function. Modifications are available to tailor to the needs of each client and meet them where their body is at. This is great for all ages. **Clients are dressed for this treatment.**

30 Minute Stretch & Mobility Treatment

60 Minute Stretch & Mobility Treatment

90 Minute Stretch & Mobility Treatment

This treatment is a combination of a custom therapeutic massage and some stretching and flexibility work. There are options to split up the time of the session to do part massage, and then part strictly stretching. We can also blend the massage and stretching together while the client is on the table - depending on what the client's needs and body part focus is.
